Vet24 Nurse LEAD
The Nurse LEAD program stands for Learn, Excel, and Develop. It is designed to provide nurses with a structured pathway to excellence through encouragement, education, and reward.
The program consists of three achievement levels:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
Guidance and support are available for nurses who wish to progress through the levels and advance their careers at Vet24.
Nurse Lapel Pins
As nurses achieve each Nurse LEAD milestone, their accomplishments will be acknowledged and celebrated with a Vet24 lapel pin.
The pins are designed to be worn proudly as a symbol of excellence.
They come in bronze, silver, or gold, corresponding to the nurse's achievement level.
